I do love to see the Fedex man. He was complaining that something always heavy comes to my address. Anyway I thought I would share a few snapshots of my new toy. Thanks to George I am able to listen to it today.
( Long story that involves surgery. lol )

One of these days I will quit buying audio gear and but a new camera.:D
First impression is OMG this thing sounds amazing. Will be rolling a couple of different flavors of tubes in it in the next few days and should have a good idea of what tubes will fit my taste. Updates to follow...............:D

Wow Jerry. You need to be placed in the TOP 10 list (If we had one that is...).
Those look very sweet. Not too good for the electric bill though; not because of the tubes, but the additional load to you A/C_________________________________________________

are you finished with my cables yet?? Seriously,,I hauled it upstairs for Jerry and we set er' up,, she sounds very sweet with the 1C's,,incredible soundstage,,alot,I mean alot of depth and precise detail.Revealing, detailed, not too forward, and MEATY,,music with some meat to it,,if you want finesse,,flip to triode, and then the sweetness begins. Nice score Jerry,,have fun and enjoy.JC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)

I got over to Jerry's today and got my listen on with the Gold Lion KT 88's installed.I don't want to steal his thunder, but I have to post this,,now,, lets go to the setup,as I feel this is important. The front end is a Jolida JD 100 with a PS audio PC, and a pair of 1960's vintage 12AX7's that I pulled from my old Silvertone console,, they look like RCA's though,, next up a Belles 21a w/auricaps and RCA cleartop/side getter's (2), POLK SDA1C's w/sonicap/mills/cardas bp.The most noticable thing was how effortlessly the amp seems to drive the speakers, close your eyes and they are gone, almost surrealistic,,it's just you and the music, this rig is very involving,it seems to transcend the room that we were in,no hint of speakers, just sweet music, notes swirl around, fall and decay gracefully. The soundstage is extremely well defined, vocals, instrument placement and sheer depth is amazing.so,,as not to rant anymore,if you folks are ever in the area, give Jerry a shout,,cause,, it is that Good. Ya' done good Jerry.;):)JC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)
