Good entry level Pre-amp

Hi guys, as predicted, I now have the bug. I just picked up a pair of Magnepan SMGa's and a rotel b850. now I want a decent pre-amp to go with them. looking for recommendations, and a good deal, and it seems CPFM is the right place for that...

Might have an Adcom GTP-400 here shortly.... Waiting to hear back from two people concerning, will know by end of the week.

It would be a good deal. It's entry level, but i was pretty impressed with it. It's dead silent.

Thanks Concealer, looks like a great unit from what I've read. I Think I need one with sub out though, and it doesn't look like this one does? If you've read my other posts, I'm pretty new to this stuff, and not entirely sure what I need. But the Maggies def need a sub, so I would need another Amp and split the main out if there's no sub out?

You can run RCAs from the preamp to the ins on the sub, then from the sub to the amp using this.

It's up to you, obviously.

Check out that Parasound in the FS section. Bout as cheap and good entry level as you can get for a good price.
