Clarion DPX11551 amp to power an SR 12'' SVC?

I'm in the process of adding the beautiful Polk SR 12'' sub to my existing system. (Polk db651 x 4, Polk db 8'' dvc subs x 2 pushed by a
Clarion DPX2251 amp, and a Clarion DUZ385SAT Head unit :cool:). I want to use a Clarion DPX11551 1550w mono amp to push the SR since the rest of my components are clarion and i have had only good experiences with the company. Will this be enough/too much power? Is there another amp that would run the sub any better?
