Today I replaced my crossover covers with the ones that Larry made. I discovered that I had three of the nut inserts that were stripped out. I tried to fix them to no avail. So what I did was drill out the holes and inserted new wood inserts that I picked up at Menards. The part number needed is 84372. The size needed is 8-32 and it is very easy to do, as it only took about 30 seconde to replace the insert.
With all the crossover plates being installed i though this would help.:)
