NAD 218THX Amp

Has anyone on CP owned the NAD 218THX amp? Looking into purchasing this and would like to get some feedback. Will be driving my Polk RTI12's. Any feedback would be appreciated!:)

    I use the 214 and it is a very warm, powerful amplifier.

    The 218 is a good amp-Go for it.

    Thanks danz1906, I am picking it up tommorow for $450.00. The seller said if it does not sound better than my Carver tfm-25 I can bring it back. It is a local sale. Will let you know how it sounds on my RTI12's. I swear my Polks are trying to tell me "feed me more":rolleyes:

    Kex, The one on audiogon is the one I was to buy now have decided not to because of cash I have went with a TFM-35x instead. So if anyone is interested in a great amp and especially lives in the Chicago area Evan from audiogon was willing to sell me it for $450.00 and he was agreat guy who was going to meet me and let me sample the amp if it did not work out I could bring it back. He said the amp is in perfect condition.There are alot of good reviews about this amp just wanted to go with another Carver at this time and save some mula.
