Music Hall any good? I see the MSRP on this was $1400 or so a few years ago. Pure class A amplification.

No affil, just wondering your thoughts on this brand of integrated amp.

    Would like to actually get my ears on that with a set of my own speakers....music hall does sound familiar but I can't recall where I've heard or read about it. Anyone else, any thoughts?

    Music hall is a fairly well known brand. I think the Mambo is a decent integrated and goes for $500 by itself. I looked it up on Audiogon and they are $600ish. http://cgi.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/srch_fs.pl?searchstring=mambo

    Probably a pretty good sounding system. I'd go for it if I were you, long as it's in good condition and working properly.

    The cables he's throwing in will save you some coin, too. You could probably sell the cables and speakers to pay for the integrated, making it a Free Mambo. Nice deal.
