Recommended Amp?

I am slowly buying a new system for my 2001 Tahoe piece by piece. I have already aquired a pair of SR5250's for the front and a SR124DVC Sub. I plan on getting a pair of SR6500's for the rear. I am pretty well sold on a JL Slash V2-1000 for the sub amp but I don't know the best power for the front & rears. I know my Lsi's at the house thirst for power but do the SR's act the same way? I was looking at the JL HD600/4 but don't know if its too much for them. My plan for the head unit is an Alpine w505. Any recommendations?
Denon 3806 Receiver
Denon 3910 DVD
Oppo BDP-83 Blu-Ray
Outlaw 7500 300w x 5 @4 Ohms Amp
58" Panasonic 800U 1080P Plasma TV
SVS PB-12 Plus Sub
Lsi25 Fronts-Cherry
LsiC Center
LsiFX Surrounds
SMS-1 Velo Sub EQ
PBJ Interconnects
Blue Jeans Cables

Everything was going just fine till my buddy poked the cop in the chest and said "did Andy give you your bullet today Barney?"

Not really, other folks were saying a seperate sub amp was the better way to go. If you have good experience with it I'm certainly open to it. I'm not looking for the "boom-boom" sound. I want good sound quality.

Would the HD600/4 overpower the speakers?

Only you can overpower the speakers, it depends on how loud you turn it up. Having more power is better than not having enough.
