I'm considering purchasing a vintage Rotel RCD-975 cd player and would like some input from anyone with any knowledge or eperience with this or a similar model. They get pretty good reviews online but would like to hear from any Polkies. Is it decent? Worth around $100.00? Any input gladly accepted.
Thanks

Rotel makes great cd players. I bought the RCD-855 & it lasted about 18 years. It was all steel & built like a brickhouse. I replaced it with the RCD-1072. I would expect the 975would be just as good.Marantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2
