is my amp good enough?

hi my name is nathan. i was wanting to kno is my amp that im running for my polks r good enough. i hav a yamaha amp. r-v7o1 is the make of the amp. . my polks r monitor series m-12. they r old. but damn they sound great. could not be happier wit them. if any one could help me wit this i would be greatfull. thanks i am new to the forum so srry if not so clear lol

    Hey Nathan, welcome to Club Polk!

    Wanted to add that looking at the speakers, they look like they can be rather power hungry. Speakers+amp are most susceptible to damage if you underpower them as opposed to overpower them so if you like things loud, step up with a higher powered amp.
