These are the same ones that I posted about last week in Appleton, Wisconsin. The gentleman is retired and he is the original owner. He specifically stated that "I would not be dissappointed".

It took about a week or so of talking/convincing my wife about these. After she saw the pics of them all she could say was "they are so big!". But..., since they are the studio version in black she was better with it, goes with everything she has, wood-wise.

Dane picked some up local where he is located but did shoot me a pm first to make sure I wasn't in conversation with the owner at the time. Thanks again for checking Dane!

I talked to the guy last week and he seems like a good guy. The 1c's look to be in brand new condition with the original boxes. I hope you get them but don't make a mistake of taking too long.

Thursday was the first day I could get over there as he is busy today through Wednesday in the am. I soooo much wanted to go yesterday but was on-call with our local fire department EMS. I work second shift so this was the first chance I had to look at them. Sure hope the next three days go fast!

NJPolker - No, I'm not a cheesehead!! Wasn't born here anyway. There are many things to like about Wisconsin but there are many things not to like about it either.

Actually, I'm not a Bears fan, nor a Packer fan. My wife was not raised here either but she is a Packer fan, go figure. I've been a Broncos fan since 1984 but wasn't born in Colorado.

I wasn't even thinking football when I typed about the "cheesehead" comment. Guess I should have known better!

That's a great deal. Good luck to the OP. I love my 1C's
