Yup! Picked this up on BR a couple of weeks ago, and the two songs with EC playing with Beck, is alone worth the cost.I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

Synergy with the bass player alsoJC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)

Yep, I picked this up the day it came out. Tal Wilkenfeld is a little dynamo on bass. Excellent DVD, outstanding musicianship, Jeff Beck is highly underrated, IMO"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. I saw this concert as part of Palladia's concert series. It was the first time I saw Tal W. She looked sooo young, I thought maybe it was his daughter until I looked it up. I got hold of her self produced CD, its okay. The story of how she dropped out of HS to come to the US to play music is very interesting.

I agree her "solo" album while ok is not as great as when she's playing live w/Beck. It was Vinnie Coulatta (the drummer in the DVD as well as the Crossroads Guitar Festival) that "discovered" her and introduced to Jeff Beck. The Ronnie Scott gig was before the Crossroads Festival and at Crossroads she looks much more relaxed and really jams out. Very cute and a seriously badass bass player/musician.
