I am a dumby, damaged driver in LSiC
First off, please spare me the comments of being ignorant! With that said, I recently purchased an LSiC off of ebay. I looked at all the pictures in depth and there were only small cosmetic damage on the cabinet. After owning the speaker for a week, I opened up the grill to notice a damaged woofer (the right one). This woofer looks to be pushed in the center with a small, skinny cut, about a half inch long. I have listened to movies and music at high levels during this time. I did a little bit of testing and noticed that there is absolutely zero distortion of any kind coming out of the woofer leading me to believe there might have been damage done in the shipping or by the seller that I didn't notice.
Anyway, my questions are:
1) With great sound still coming through the driver, what kind of damage is this? Albeit, the center of the woofer is pushed in and has a small cut in there.
2) Should I replace this woofer or leave it? If I replace it, what is the model # and price typically associated with it. I know I need to call Polk, but their website for that is acting up right now.
3) How tough would it be to replace the driver?
I know I need to get some pictures up here to show you what the woofer looks like. Thanks for the help in advance

I'm not sure about prices, you should call and mention you're a club polk member for a discount.
The center of the woofer is the dust cap. I've fixed a pushed in dust cap by using a vacuum. That makes most people cringe but I was gentle and it worked very well. Since you said there's a cut in there you probably wouldn't be able to fix it completely. The speaker is most likely not sounding 100% but it would be hard for you to tell how bad it really is without a new LsiC to compare it with. If you think it sounds good and you can't spare the cash for a new driver then don't worry about it. If it's going to bug you and paying for a new driver is no big deal then order a new one.
Very easy to replace the driver, just be careful not to shove a screw driver through the surround or cone of the new driver.
Good luck either way!
