There should be adult entertainment at / inside the Disney Park
it was convenient when staying at one of the Park resorts
then using the Monorails to get around.

Epcott has some pretty cool restaurants, and then hang out for the fireworks afterward. There is a nifty Mexican restaurant inside Epcott...

Pricey...but the Luau at the Polynesian Resort is excellent...as is the California Grill at the Contemporary Resort. As Kevhed72 said most of the Restaurants at Epcot are good choices. I've eaten at the Japanese, Mexican, Canadian and Moroccan full service restaurants and all were very good.

Epcot center in the World Showcase pavillions would be my first choice. My wife and I ended each night of our 7 nite stay there and had dinner each nite in a different restaurant from a different country. It was amazing....

It was actually in what they call "Downtown Disney" near the Market Place on the edge of the resort property. It's was mainly clubs (with bars)...BUT...It is now closed for renovation and whatever will take it's place won't open until sometime in 2011.

I going to have to second the Moroccan joint at Epcot. It's absolutely stellar. The Mexican restaurant is also great and has a really cool vibe going.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore
