Setting up some speakers for my boat

I am in the process of setting up some a speaker system for my boat. I have almost decided on MM651's. I would be running a total of 10 of them. I have this Kenwood headunit. I know I am going to need an amp. I was thinking maybe a 4 channel amp. If I could get you guys to throw in your opinion of this set up it would be really helpful. Like what do you think of these speakers? What size amp? And any other suggestions you might have.
I attached a quick little mspaint drawing of my boat and the speaker set up with the direction of the sound. Don't flame on it too hard.

Do you run your boat in salt water? If so, any system you put in will be toast in no time in an open cockpit. Anything other than an airconditioned cabin and your wiring, speakers and componants will be corroded to the point of no return in less than a year. I would recommend a portable unit that could be removed after each use.

No, I run my boat in only freshwater lakes.
