Need ebay help

I would like to search for items at ebay.com and would like to find seller nearby my local area. Would like to save $$ on shipping..How do i do that??

any kind of help will be appreciated! thank you

    You can go to an advanced search when looking for items once youve chosen said category. From there you enter your zip code and choose how far from that zip code you wish to search. As far as local pick ups/etc thats up to the seller, hope that helps

    I tend to do that now and then, lately been checking out the 'gon for new listings on tube preamps/etc. Just having scored one great deal has you checking your listings now and then in hopes that you can find yet another :D

    Always contact the seller and make sure they will agree to local p/u. I've run across many seller who won't do face to face deals.

    Someone posted this search engine here a few weeks ago, and it's the bees knees for CL. It also brings up ebay items.
