Hey 08, and welcome to Club Polk. When you say new surrounds does that mean you already have some? If so what are they? I would recommend the 200's, I have the Monitor 40's (TSi200's replaced them) and they work well in my setup. Keep in mind they will more than likely have to be put on stands as it will be difficult to wall mount them.

thanks for the welcome. yes i have some old paradigm titans as rears now but one had an unfortunate dimise(sp) because of my dog, knocked it of my stand. kinda why i would like something i could wall mount. theres a pic in my other thread "wtf"of busted speaker.

100's are wall mountable, 200's may be a diff. story. They lack the key-hole slots that the 100's have, but you may be able to fashion a shelf of some sort. I'm not saying it can't be done, would just be difficult. IMO stands would be the best option, but with a dog already killing one of your speakers, that may not be an option for you. If wall mounting is a must, then go with the 100's, unless someone else has a better idea with wall mounting the 200's.
