Well, it is a long deployment and it is rather dry. Read into that what you will.....heh, heh, heh....

Polk is rockin' in and OUT of the free world....

Right now we are listening to a pretty good station carrying a broadcast out of Bahrain. Even the Arabs like classic rock.

I would also be remiss if I didn't also thank Russ for his part in the whole thing. He donated AND paid shipping on the amps (receiver in the Atrium rig, RatShack integrated in the office) that are powering these rigs. Without him, this wouldn't have been possible. Also, the Polk banner is Russ's as well....

    True dat....

We've got Doc to than for the Genny gear. It's EVERYWHERE! We took some more pics, but it's too dark. We will take more when it's lighter out.

Actually, Doc (and I hope he doesn't mind that I spill this) sent SO much stuff that we sort of felt bad for all the other shops on the flightline (as they passed in and out they were pretty jealous) so we gave out quite a bit of stuff so some others could brighten their shops as well. There is Genny stuff all over Seeb!!

Anyway, between setting up the audio rig and hanging Genny stuff out, it's been a blast for the past couple days and I just wanted to say thanks again to those who made it possible. Not just me but all the other guys here who are getting a little bit of home via Polk and High Falls Brewing.

Good deal Troy, and thats not 'my' gear, its yours. And PLEASE feel free to leave whatever you want behind for those to follow. Hopefully a TON of good Americans will get to enjoy it.

If you want to do something for me, write 'From Russman with love' on a 500lb'er or some such.

That place looks COOL. I love the Atriums hung high, classy.

    Cheers,
    Russ

The High Falls stuff looks awesome. Do with it what you will - we sent it to boost morale for ALL the troops in your camp.

Just a small way of saying "Thanks For Defending Our Freedom" from the High Falls Brewing Company.

The more pics you can send of all the decorations, the better. We are going to put them in our newsletter and on our communication boards for our employees to see so they feel like they are doing their part too.

I love that huge blow-up Genny Light bottle - a classic party booster!

Will do, Doc, by the time we got the camera running, it was dark and the pics came out horrible. Hopefully have more tommorow or so.....

I'm telling you, it's been like Christmas around here the past couple days....man passing out streamers and banners and such, you would have thought we were handing out money.

That is classic! I love the pics and the setup.

As you may or may not know, I DJ in a stripclub. I'm also the new webmaster for our clubs website and will be doing several photoshoots of the girls in the coming weeks/months.

What I'll do is see if several girls will pose for a group shot to send to you in hopes of improving the "Morale" of our troops. Don't hold me to it, but I'll do my very best. You can place the photo right on top of the Polks!

I remember you said emailing questionable stuff is not wise, so snail mail may be more appropriate. I'll contact you down the road.

Sorry guys, it's for BDT so don't ask! ;)

    WOW!

    John, that would ROCK!!

Matter of fact, when we rotate back to the world normally our flights go through BWI. If we can work it out, we call GLADLY come say thanks in person.

I can't say it enough how great ALL you guys are!

Strictly speaking, the C-130 is STILL the primary airlifter for tactical purposes.

Nice job Doc, really that is nice what you and your company did for them. Way to represent the frozen tundra that we call home.

God speed to all you troops over there...my thoughts are with you.
