Got these F/X 500i for $55.00. The guy said he used them for about a year then put them in the closet. Damn these things are heavy. Now I just have to learn about bi-pole, di-pole.

    Replaced my R150's this morning with the F/X's....what a difference! I guess sooner or later I'll have to match the rest of my system to the surrounds. Sounds pretty good for right now though.

    The craigslist around here stinks, people buy things off it, then relist the same thing on it and mark it up at twice the price they paid. Which Im sure is done everywhere, but just seems the usual here.

    tried for a good craiglist deal a min ago for a whole yamaha setup....sigh it was messed up. 100 for a yamaha m65 amp, preamp, receiver, speakerrs, subwoofer, (infinity) and tower speakers. drove 25 miles to see it all and it wasall damaged. all the binding posts were snapped off and all the speakers had damaged cones.

    sigh! good find on the fxs.

    Lately there have been some really good deals locally here on craigslist....I was just looking and here is a killer deal on a pair of oak veneered RTA 8t's...look to be in great shape...75 bucks :D
