Oh yeah - Im pretty excited...
I decided to hold off on the Home Theater. I just do not like HT enough to do it... oh well...
What I did do is order some bad **** shelves for my 2 channel gear - which blows the VTI stuff out of the water...
I also ordered a wall mount for my plasma and two wall mount shelves for the VCR/DVD/game systems for a nice clean install for that stuff and save floor space...
Door locks are on the way...
Move in date is July 31st --
All I have to do now is get dedicated electrical lines ran in the den...
New doors installed with the new locks...
Get the house fully insulated before winter...
Internet, satellite, alarm system...
And a couch!
Ill be set for a while I believe --- calm down and replenish that bank account!

Congrats. I can't wait to buy my first place. I'm not ready to settle down anywhere though too many years of college left and besides I don't have a clue about where I want to live.
-
Well whats cool about this place is it has some potential to be updated a little bit and once the market recovers sell it at a small profit...
I could easilly add on a dining room, 2nd full bath and a 3rd bedroom and increase the value by about 40-50,000...
On top of that it is in a good neighborhood - good rental potential if I decide to...
But Im an easilly settled person so who knows...
Thanks man..- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -
