Bail or no bail?

$50,000 bail for kidnapping little girls and locking them in his home and......
amazing this scum even got bail.....to me why ever take the chance letting this AH out...they found the girls locked in his home...........

    When I read the story in the link it didn't say anything about bail. Definitely sounds like a scum bag, but he has not been found guilty and convicted yet.

    Something that bugged me in the story:
    "One girl says she went into his apartment several times, where he locked her and her friend inside."

    What ever the case the guy should not be having little girls in his apartment anyways, but with $50k bail and the statement by the one girl makes it sounds like more to this than what is reported.
    Hopefully justice will be served.
