    I don't think they send out surveys too frequently anymore. I've been signed up for it for about 6 months now, and I'm yet to receive any surveys.

    Wow, I'm in the same boat as Curt and Caligula, 7 months and no surveys. I could use 100 polk bucks. I need a sub. lol. Maybe one day. (bitching over) lol
