Excellent Cable Dealer Experience . . .

Hey Guys and a few Gals,
I just wanted to pass on my perfect experience with the Cable Company. I've attached my first email with the company to demonstrate the kind of business people they are. Subsequent emails have been extremely informative and helpful.
The following email was sent to me the following day after I made an inquiry into what cables would work well in my system. I know many of you say MIT, but frankly I think MIT build quality is kinda suspect based on my experience with the AVT speaker cables and S3 RCA interconnect. Also, the manufacturers of my equipment are big fans of Acoustic Zen cables, which I have heard and know are made extremely well.
At any rate, I got some cable coming my way for testing in the next couple weeks. This should be fun.
Mike

Mr. Michael Cooke,
Thanks for visiting our website. First I would recommend that you try some cables through our Library. Are you familiar with our "Listening Library"? Check below for the specifics, but, in a nutshell, you can borrow some cables or components from us to listen to in your own system, which I always recommend whenever possible.
The upside of an optimal cable match is substantial. My suggestion: leverage up the investment in the components by going for an optimal cable match. If you do it right, cable upgrades are generally the most cost effective upgrade you can make to your system. This works best when you begin with speaker cables.
Your best products to try in this system would be speaker cables from MIT, Analysis Plus, and Acoustic Zen. Each of these manufacturers has a full line of cables, so the models you would try will depend on your budget. Try the models priced at what you would consider to be a reasonable range; once you have identified the best brand for your system, you can always evaluate more and/or less expensive models within the line to see what the additional expenditure will buy you in the way of enhanced performance.
You should also leave some room in your budget (now or later) to upgrade the AC cables.
Consider this message the start of a dialogue. If you want to set up a cable trial, we can do it by way of the secure order form on the website (just make use of the comments section). Or you may wish to call me on the phone.
If you just don't want to bother with home trial from our Library (and I admit this homework isn't always fun), no problem. Just let us know about cable lengths and budgets and we can suggest and cost out your best bet.
I hope this information is useful. Let me know how I can help.
Regards, Steven Aug

Our Library service works like this: we take a 5% deposit on a credit card against the value of the cables or other products that you will be trying. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be used as a credit towards any purchase (not just cables) from our company or our affiliates.
We try to have the cables in your hands for evaluation for at least two weekends. We will arrange to have UPS pick them up when the evaluation period is finished. When you decide upon a purchase, we will have the manufacturer make you up a new cable in the length you need with the termination you need.
The only other "friction" is shipping cost: you pay round trip freight on your home trials. To make it up to you we pay the freight on your purchases of all cables, and other products up to 10 pounds.

I've dealt with them before...a great bunch of very audio savy guys! They're actually located not too far from me, one of these days I'll have to make a trip to their place. From what I've seen, they have an excellent listening room set up to demo cables & the gear that they carry."2 Channel & 11.2 HT "Two Channel:Magnepan LRSSchiit Audio Freya S - SS preConsonance Ref 50 - Tube preParasound HALO A21+ 2 channel ampBluesound NODE 2i streameriFi NEO iDSD DAC Oppo BDP-93KEF KC62 sub Home Theater:Full blown 11.2 set up.
