    Yeah, I lost my wedding band in Iraq 5 months after I got married and I told my wife (don't ever do that)

    I just got married on June 20th and we went to Key West - another excellent location - especially good in June as all the prices dropped.........the reception was over in the blink of an eye and the honeymoon went by soooo fast - back at work now - how depressing.........

    Sure she is fine with it now but later down the line it will be..."Those speakers are too big", "Do we really need that big box over int he corner that thumps the house", "What do you mean that speakers are not good places to put my plants on?"

    He bought her a diamond engagement ring

    She bought him a Phase Linear 400 amp and matching preamp and pair of POLK Monitor 12 if memory is correct.

    He later became a Doctor.
    Obviously she got the better end of the deal. The diamond is worth a heck of alot more than the stereo gear now.
