they are only that way towards you because you are antagonizing them on multiple levels... My advice is to back down a bit, post ONLY in audio related forums, and then only to offer assistance if you can. Watch the dynamics between people and learn a bit. If you post in a thread, make it a one post and out. DO NOT go after someone that may not agree with you. Take the high road. Sooner or later they will back down... I promise. Post no appology threads of any kind. And I would seriously just log out for a couple days, maybe come back after the 4th and try not to get involved in discussions that can go sideways. I will be nice to you and supportive if you let me by doing what I have advised. If you choose not to, I will not try and help again. If you have a question about what you are posting, ask me and I will advise you on it as well... Deal?

Yeah, no way you're trying to help him, you're like the big brother he needs to have. I hope he takes your advise, as it is good advise.

Thanks for wasting my time you miserable PoS:mad: welcome to the ignore list.

This is the type of newb when he needs to upgrade his capacitors at some point in the future i'm certain will just use some C-sized Duracells.

at any rate, to keep in-line with the subject at hand, don't get power recliners that are TOO comfortable like mine or you won't last half-way through a movie without falling asleep first.

This threads trashed thanks guys .You enjoy pissing me off it is the only rational explanation . I am trying to be nice and keep myself to myself and none of you are going to let that happen

I cant get over the sheer harassment i am receiving

I shall request yet another thread be closed, speaking of which I'm glad someone out there with an ounce of compassion requested the (should slow be banned ) thread closed,

Guys I understand some of you dont like me and quite frankly I dont care much for you either

I will try to open another thread on the subject that doesnt have squabbles ,just plain old great advice for myself or anyone else looking to spend 4k on their theater seats

It wont be a trolled thread and when I get one I will show it off with pride so ,please your more than welcome to add your input and lets just let the dust settle . I wont be responsible for trolling

I think will just report people instead of slugging it out if it continues to happen

Go with Berklines and call it a day. I would highly recommend you google Stargate Cinema and work with Ken. He is a dealer and can get you a very nice price. They often times have good specials. Agree with the others, you can spend way less than 4k for quality seating. Your budget is way high but it gives you room for upgrades, such as motorized recline, LED cupholders, the snack tray, etc. My seats are not from Berkline but from Ashley and they are comfy. If you want more pics, peep the showcase.

    Sherardp,

Nice setup...but where do you find that much 'room' in Japan! Isn't space a limited commodity over there? Especially living space?

Yea space is limited but I own real estate out here with an American style home on it. Home is roughly 2700 sq ft on a single floor plan so I'm good. Would love to go bigger so my next one will be 18 x 30 at least. Seats ran me roughly 1800 I think. I got a discount because my dealer screwed up my order 3 times, but eventually it all worked out.

No one can promise you the motor will last a certain number of yrs. That's what the warranty is for my friend. By a comfortable, quality chair and live happy ever after.
