Building RCA Interconnect cables

A friend of mine desperately needs some better RCA IC between his pre and AMPS. He needs about 15's and currently using 2 monster cables with RCA splicers/connectors.

He does not have the money to buy pre-made longer cables. SO I am thinking if we could find some bulk cable we could make a couple of 15's and solder RCA connectors.

I looked on partsexpress but not sure what would be a good cable to build ICs with.

Can any recommend a good quality cable we could buy about 40 feet?

You may find by the time you buy all the materials and pay for shipping you're really not that far ahead and in some cases you end up spending more.
