Screws for a B&K ST-202 plus

I recently acquired several B&K pieces, among them an ST-202 plus 200 wpc amplifier (the older, black with gold handles style). Unfortunately, it arrived without screws to close the case:mad:. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could buy some (or, better still, have an old B&K amp I can use for parts)?
Thanks!
Thanks!

REGARDS SNOWWell, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all -
I've been to Lowes and Home Depot, neither can match it. I've called B&K, but they can't/won't help me. I must confess to some disappointment with B&K, as one of the reasons (in addition to the sound and build quality of their stuff) I chose to pursue their vintage equipment was all of the good things I've read about the support they provide their older gear (much like Polk, on all counts, one of the reasons I've become a fan here too).
If anyone has a few sets of old screws lying around, I am open to buying them, including all costs, but am especially hoping to find actual B&K screws, as the probability of a good fit would seem to be much higher.
Snow, I will try some more of the ones I have lying around, but I have more computer case screws than I do those from audio gear, and the ones I've tried so far don't seem to work. Thanks for your suggestion, though! -

Do you have one screw to compare that will work so you can get more? Sometimes you can get one from the bottom of the amp or another place on the amp then take it and match the diameter and thread pattern. If I knew what those specs were I could either send you however many you need or find a place online that would sell you them.

I asked about the screws needed on another forum and a fellow that has your identical amp has said he will take one of his screws out and find out what the diameter, pitch, length is and respond back with the specs so hang tight, once we find out what those are we can find you some online if there isnt a place local to you.

Snow,
That's awesome, thanks!

Ok Dawg this is the reply I received hope this helps.
Sears Hardware stores have them.
#6 diameter, half inch sheet metal screws. They only had stainless steel ones but the guy there said other Sears stores might have them black painted.
I was going to buy one to take home to make sure but the guy said "You only want on? Just take it". Fit perfect. Would have been 15 cents a piece. They are found in the screw drawers.
Ok...forgot, just to make sure mine is older type B&K, with the plain black face and the gold lettering and handles.

Snow,
I'll head over to Sears and check it out. My only concern is matching the threads - hopefully it will fit!
Thanks very much.

been looking for one of those for a while, care to part with yours if you haven't already?

Fastenal will have them. Most of them are #6's and Fastenal even has them in black with the allen drive. Recently had the same thing happen to me with an Adcom amp.Ryan Jozwiak
