I recently purchased an item from mshan242700 through the forum. I was a little wary at first since he's a fairly new member in case things didn't go well. Unfortunately, I did have issues with the item purchased, but absolutely none with mshan242700. He was very responsive, sincere, and thorough in his quest to discover what went haywire with the item and generously agreed to a full refund.

He was great to do business with; he's a stand up guy!
