Hafler 945 pre/tuner

Looking for some input on a hafler 945 pre. And how does
it compair to a adcom pre/tuner?

Main- GTP-500II,GDC-600,GFA-555II and energy C-500s
Basement-Audiosource pre/tuner,GFA-545,Onkyo
DX-1400 and RTI10s
Garage-GTP-450,onkyo M-282 and R50s with RTi55
drivers and X-overs.
My baby 18' V-king Mod VP with a merc 2.4 BP.
KTM 620 Supermoto

    I believe that unit uses the same excellent discrete Jfet line stage as was used previously in their SE100.Im not sure how much the added circuitry for the tuner etc. will effect it, but thats a good sounding line stage.


    btw.I worked for a short time building Canadian Edition Hydrostreams.

    Vey nice, eventhough it has one of those Black Anchors attached to it.:eek::D j/k I bet it does have some gitty up go.
    I have always liked the sleek look of Hydro's ,they look fast sitting still.

    Prop it turns a 30" cleaver at 9000 RPMs. My goal is to join
