;)So after 5 years our bose 3-2-1 has bit the dust. The dvd player inside will not work and a few other things are wrong with it as well. I took it apart to find out what was wrong with it. Believe it or not all the dvd drive is, is a toshiba computer drive hooked up to the board.:eek: So my dad wants me to find a new replacement and I recommended the polk flat screen package. What are some reviews on it?

    Quite a few dvd players use a pc drive as the transport.... My BDP-S1 is one such drive, as well as all LG HD/Bluray combos.
