Rears - Odd question

I'm in the process of building out a new HT setup in my basement and have pretty much decided to go with the rtia7's and csia4 across the front with a psw125 sub but I'm having a bit of difficulty trying to figure out what to use for rears...

The rears will be mounted on the side walls just behind/above the back of the couch (there's about 10' behind the couch on the other side of the room for the poker table/bar and the potential future addition of another set of rear's for a 7.1 setup but going with just 5.1 for now)...

In theory, from everything I read, I should be going with the fxia4's running in dipole mode to complete the set but due to the layout of the room, I need to mount the left-rear on the side of a bulkhead near the ceiling...Luckily from a space standpoint, the bulkhead is only 10" down from the ceiling but that means that I've also only got 10" of space to mount the rear speaker on that side but the fxia4 is about 12" tall...

So, that leads me to a couple of questions...

1) How tough would it be to replace the keystone mount integrated into the back of the fxia4 with some sort of articulating mount that would let me mount it on an angle to help reduce how much of the speaker will stick out below the bottom of the bulkhead? Is there a specific type/brand/model of mount that is recommended?

2) Given the shape of the front of the fxia4 casing, rotating them 90' and mounting them horizontally on the side of the bulkhead (or even better, rotating them 90' and then mounting them 45' from the wall using the mount from question #1 ) would allow them to sit entirely above the plane of the bulkhead so I don't have to risk head-butting them as I go by...Would this type of arrangement completely negate the benefits of the design of this speaker? (i.e. would firing downwards and using the ceiling to reflect be advisable or are these purely designed to be fired horizontally?)

3) Am I better off just going with a different speaker? Something like an rtia1 mounted horizontally or on some sort of articulating bracket? or an owm3mounted on an angle (how do these compare sound-wise to the rtia's and fxia4?)

Thanks for your help...
