We are less than two weeks away from a historic time....

At five minutes and six seconds after 4 a.m. on the eighth day of July, the time and date will be....

    isn't this a recurring thing since 2006?

    01:02:03 04/05/06
    02:03:04 05/06/07
    03:04:05 06/07/08

and should continue every year going forward...

    05:06:07 08/09/10
    06:07:08 09/10/11

My apologies if I'm missing something...

This is very good to know. Now that we now a similar thing has occurred and the Earth did not explode or fall into the Sun, we can all sleep a little better on July 8th.

I guess, the sequence will break after 09:10:11 12/13/[20]14... until the next century?

edit: :-) sorry, I was thinking in European dates ( am I working on a server that displays day/month/year right right now... ). Shack beat me to the correct date.

    Yes...but it all ends 09:10:11 12/13/14

    and doesn't re-occur until

    01:02:03 04/05/06

    of 3006

Of course none of us will be here to see it... and the Mayan Calendar says it won't matter anyway...

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

They're the numbers 4 through 9. You're too lazy to do the math to figure out which of those are prime numbers?!

    I'll give you a hint : 5 and 7.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.
