Political Correctness'.........defined

"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a t-u-r-d by the clean end."

I feel for her a bit too, but I do not understand how you could fall asleep with a needle zapping away at your face for THAT long... maks no sense to me. I bet her dad walked in and had a fit. Up until then she was cool with it all.

She's lying or fell asleep because she was drunk. Otherwise, there no way you could sleep through that.

    I like this comment:

I'm with you, but my dad is a body piercer at a tattoo parlor he's been working at for over a decade. I've seen much, much worse.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

Not that I think there is anything wrong with a tattoo I have no want or need to ever have one. It does nothing for me.

    Got a link?

    EDIT : http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1194910/Teenager-Kimberley-Vlaminck-56-stars-tattoed-face-finally-comes-clean.html
But the 18-year-old has finally confessed she did not fall asleep, that she wanted all the stars and was 'fully aware' of what Toumaniantz was doing.

Tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz had originally said he would pay for half of the laser treatment Vlaminck needs to have the stars removed

Miss Vlaminck told a Dutch TV crew: 'I asked for 56 stars and initially adored them.

'But when my father saw them, he was furious.

'So I said I fell asleep and that the tattoist had made a mistake.'

If you read the story, the artist sounds like a pretty stand-up guy (despite being a freak).
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Sorry Bob, I do not. I saw it on the news about 3 or so hours ago. She admitted that she lied and that she changed her story when "Dad" found out and went ballistic. She has since admitted that she loves it. Also, the tattoo artist will require a signed contract from now on prior to any art performed.

I wonder if the tattoo artist can sue for defamation of character. It's not the US so I'm not sure what they can do there.

I would sue her and her dad.
