I have located a set of TL's in Arizona and was wondering if I am able to seal the deal on them, if anyone would be willing/able to assist in getting them here to Indiana... The seller says shipping is not an option and I can only get a truck to cover about 250 miles of the 1400 that I need to cover to get them. I am willing to do whatever is needed to assist anyone that may participate.

I am going to be able to close the deal on these if there is a way of getting them from Arizona to Indiana that does not break the bank... any ideas/suggestions?

Is it possible that someone near Mesa AZ can put some eyes and ears on them for me?

Maybe if someone could pick up and drop them at a pack and ship that knew what they were doing...

2800 miles round trip at 25 miles/gallon will cost appx. $350 plus a couple nights hotel you're talking $500 for a road trip. I'm sure they can be shipped for a lot less.

I think some kind of freight but you will pay about $300-500 to get then there, I would advise just finding a friend with a truck or renting a small U-haul enclosed trailer for 20 bucks a day and go get them, Only way to be sure they will get there safe IMO

I thought of that as well, but my car is not set up to go towing, especially thru the mountains. Why do all the TL's have to be so damn far away...

Contact Craters and Freighters. They will go to the guy's house, pick them up, pack them well and ship them to your door.

I'll drive down there and cram them in my Firebird. You may have some very major reassembly to take care of after I drop them off though.:p

Seriously though, F1's suggestion is probably the way to go. With the cost of gas, it's going to cost less for shipping than for someone to make the trip.

I thought of cutting them in half, then they would fit in my car perfectly:D

all shipping options are so far in the 500.00 range, so it appears these are out of the realm of possibility:(
