I am sure he died instantly, It looked to me like he was burning from the inside out. If you look close his head and crotch area are in flames. No CPR was going to save him.

Because for one thing that cable was a power delivery line for the train he was standing on. The amount of juice running through that line is about 15 times what they use in an electric chair for executions. For another thing, those balls of flame were him exploding and probably stuff like hydrogen being burned off of the moisture in his body. He was pretty dead before he even started falling down. I wouldn't want to hang around either 'cause the smell of burning people is stomach turning.Expert Moron Extraordinaire
