Amp Wiring

I just purchased a PA 200.4 amp to power my car speakers. I was talking with someone at Crutchfield about getting all the stuff necessary to wire it and the cart came out to about $65 just for wiring? Is this normal?

They set me up with:

$30 - EFX 10 gauge amp wiring kit
$9 - EFX 17ft RCA Patch Cable
$25 - 50 ft. EFX 14 gauge speaker wire

Anyways, for the first part of my car system I bought my subs with everything included off a friend so I never had to purchase the wiring for it. I had no idea it could cost so much. Is all of this right or should I try looking somewhere else? Any advice is greatly appreciated as this is going to be my first big install without much help.

Wiring can add up, especially with multiple amps and a mono amp for a sub. I personally prefer knuconceptz, good prices and service.

    that sounds about right.
however, you could hit use some rca's laying around the house.
and for speaker wire you can get that anywhere. e.g. walmart, Fry's, best buy, anywhere they sell electrical.
you dont really need the 2 different sides.
just get some 12 gauge and hook it all up if your looking for cheap wiring.
    its a 200 watt amp.
you dont need anything bigger than 12 ga.
hit me up if you need any questions answered.
