Stopped by BB this weekend to unload a gift certificate I had. I stopped by the computer memory and they had 256MB on sale for $20! Unbelievable. Then I picked up the latest Star Wars video game. Big performance difference for the latest memory hog games.

I can't imagine it's DDR. If by some strange happening it is, then I'm off to best Buy!

By the way, what Star Wars game did you get?
    No excuses!

I'm running a 3 year old 1ghz. I'm not sure DDR was even available then. I bought Jedi Knight 2, Jedi Outcast

There are a lot of good deals on memory right now. Go to bensbargains.net to find out. You can get 256MB of DDR 2100 or 2700 right now for about $35 with no rebate. Just straight up. Its a really good time to buy memory. I keep hearing that the prices should shoot back up again in the Summer when the Asian market gets into full swing. Anyways, there are a few deals on bensbargains.net that will result in 256MB DDR 2100 for $20 after rebate.

You're going to love that game. Especially playing online! I've had it for about 1 1/2 months now. I got through about 3 levels right before getting hooked on the online play.

Search out some tips and tricks for completing levels. You may need them. Some levels are tough!

I started out with the next to hardest setting. I've played the quake 3 engine game in Castle Wolfenstein and Star Trek Elite Force so I figured I should be pretty good. I'm still on level one and I played for 3-4 hours yesterday. :(

I haven't checked the online action yet. Do you know if there are any patches for this game?
