Need advice on buying a pair of speakers

How much are a pair of RT1000 worth? they are in good shape and have no problems. right now I have a pair of monitor 8T but would really like something shielded for video. would this be and upgrade? downgrade? or even up swap?

    If you are talking about the RTA-8T's, I have never had any problems with them being near my TV. One of them is maybe a foot or less away from my tv right now with no problems.
