Anybody have any idea what this means or how I get my center channel to play again? The protection light came on suddenly for my Rotel 5channel amp and now, no sound will come out.

My wife was at my house today apparently while I was at work, and when i flipped the rig on this evening, the protection light is on. Hmmm... she doesn't typically listen to anything super loud or mess with my stuff... any ideas?

Thanks.

Have you disconnected the speakers to see if they're shorted?

Also, make certain your speaker wires aren't touching...

Got it! For some reason it kicked off by itself.

And well once the house sells I will get new locks :p
