Took a friend out on the bike today up to Ricketts Glen. It's about a 45 minute ride from my place. We hiked about 5 miles round trip, and I got plenty of pictures. Here's the gallery if anyone's interested. It's mainly waterfalls.

I recommend this park to any hiking/waterfall buffs. It's really a great trail system... well maintained, well marked, and very scenic
Ludicrous gibs!

Nice pics! It's a great State Park!! I go there frequently, although I now take it much safer and don't attempt to walk the entire loop in the middle of the winter. My bro-in-law and I had an annual walk, usually in February. Falls are spectacular when frozen but we stupidly never had crampons or ropes...I'm amazed one of us didn't get seriously hurt as there were several hair raising situations! Now we just kayak the lake and chill on the beach!

Awesome pics man! I love hikes like that! I did one like that back in January in northern Georgia.

That's cool. Reminds me of where I grew up in Upstate NY, some friends and I used to bike in to camp in a state park with some falls, similar shale/slate type of rock. Good times.

Noah... the date you were there just dawned on me. I was on the lake kayaking while you were snapping pics of the falls!
