I just wonder how a $600 pair of Giant Killer speaker cables is different than a $600 pair of MITs...

I think I would go with MIT in that respect. However the audio interconnects look to be a more reasonable price for a DIY project.

When they introduce something with the network boxes I will be interested.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. It looks as though the network boxes are included.

Yes,boxes for the speaker cables.I would like to see the boxes with the ICs too.I bet the price would go up to about what you would pay for MIT.So then again Id have to go with MIT.The 50% off MIT recently had on the b-stock cables made them very affordable and if I had had the cash at the time I would have got a couple sets myself...

Ben, have you ever thought about building a Shotgun S1 clone at a more affordable price? I might be interested... :)
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

No. I respect MIT for the amount of time/money they have invested in their products. I have had MIT's here before, and could have done some tests, but decided against it. It's kinda like SDA's. Well except Polk helped me design them. I can make them, but I would not consider selling any without Matt's blessing. I have built two pairs for friends. I have built many for myself. If I don't want them anymore I destroy them. I may however make a passive tone type of control which is pretty much what the network boxes do that you could use with different cables.
