Does anyone have experience with this online supplier? Looks like they're an Ebay store only. They have alot of used Polk items for decent prices. Are they reliable? Product is good condition after receipt? Customer service? Etc? Thanks

I have bought from them, the item was exactly as described and they have pictures of the item in the listing, the packaging of the item was perfect, double boxed with peanuts all around.
