I decided to just make a screen for my HT and got all the materials for $70. I got the screen material off a seller on bay for $60 delivered and it was here in two days from purchase! The material is just as described and first rate!

I got the wood at good old home depot 4-2"x2"x8' and 2-1"x2"x8' for $8. I had some glue, screws and staples already. I made some 6" gussets for the corners out of 3/4" MDF I had lying around and got to work.

Next I stapled the screen material to the to the frame. if you have access to a pneumatic or electric stapler I would suggest it. This might take some minor adjustments along the way so don't get to far ahead of yourself. I started in the corners and worked my way around going in between each staple until I filled in the gaps.
Now the result is a screen with no creases wrinkles any inperfections of any kind.
