On Monitor 40's being used as surrounds, should the sound port be top or bottom?

The sound port on the back, should it be on top (closer to ceiling) or should the whole unit be flipped and it be lower down?

Thanks!

Not sure of the Mon 40 design but typically the keyhole wall mounting slot is on the top and the speaker binding posts are on the bottom.

I suppose it could have an impact on the sound, so why not try both ways and see which sounds best to you if there is any difference.

I have my 40's with the port on the top and the posts on the bottom. Works just fine.
