Source for trim pots?

I've been working on my tube amp since it fried a screen grid resistor. Now I think the trim pot was taken out too. Anyone know where to get these mini pots with the wire leads? This one is a 33K ohm, with one turn. It has 3 wire leads and a top adjustment. I have no idea what the wattage rating is. Also, what determines the value of these? It's attached with one lead to a 22K ohm resistor. Does the value of the pot matter? I'm assuming the specific values of the pot and resistor have some meaning. I've found some by searching Google, but not this specific configuration. Here's a pic.
