Just to be sure here, the stereo board is the upper one and the dimensional is the lower? I replaced the 12uf caps on the upper board(stereo?) with sonicaps and I'm disconnection the dimensional tweeter. I just want to make sure I got the expensive caps in the right place. Im putting everything back together and the stereo tweeter wires are coming from the lower board, so It is just giving me some anxiety.

Correct. On the stereo XO the wide connectors go to the mids, and the narrow ones go to the tweeter. Black is positive(think hot like AC).
