I must say it's been a few months since I've seen or heard that Ben has done something stupid to hurt himself. This must be some kind of record. You Georgians' keeping him in a plastic bubble or something?

Myself and another are working on a rocket. The only issue is ROC(rate of combustion). Burns to slow and there is a flame coming out the bottom. Too fast and it explodes. Just right we have a beautiful flight.

Funny you should mention that. That's one of the tests for burn rate we've used. Well use Ben as the launchpad to satisfy your cravings for injuries!!

I can see it now.... Ben demonstrating his new rocket design & launch platform at his July 4th CP gathering. That could be Russ helping Ben with getting the launch pad to the proper angle.

Hehe, last time I saw one of those my buddy sent one right through his neighbor's kitchen window. Needless to say, his neighbor was not pleased.

ben wouldn't be satisfied with just a potato bazooka alone. he'd want to set it up like a turret atop his vehicle and have it run full-auto while controlling it by tapping into his car stereo's steering wheel controls.

...my bad. forgot to add that his epic FAIL would be the many cans of hair spray somehow exploding in the trunk of his car.

We have thought of a mellon laucher. The problem is high velecity fruits of substabcial mass could be rather dangerous. In the past we have done the potatoe thing, and we could rip the bark off of hardwood trees. More propery and we would do it.

watermelons are better suited for catapults. a potato gun fitted for use with a watermelon would only shoot smooshy exploded watermelon parts 'n juice.

i've been wrong before. care to test the theory there bennie?

here's a vid of stupidface shootin' his bud with a weak potato gun.

Who knows, before long he may think of modifying a paintball gun with a small tube barrel and some crossbow bolts. A lot of opportunity to be had there.:eek:;)
