I got my MW 6511 in today and

even though I asked him point blank if they're was anything wrong with it he said "it is in excellent condition and looks like new. I opened the box and got it unwrapped and...

This was packed well and the surround is supple, nothing in the box that would do this so my guess is that someone who took it out slipped and got it with the screwdriver.

I just sent an e mail to the e-bay seller (chrisw1740) and see what he says, major disappointment!:mad:

    yeah it does suck, he said he has another in excellent shape and will replace, but trying to say the other was fine when he shipped it.

    Well I got the replacement in today and it is perfect, so my 2.3's are 100% except for the 194's and one new donut driver.

    Whewww. Zarrdoss you're a cool customer. I go nuts when I see speaker damage like that...almost like a werewolf during a full moon. I REALLY lose it. Probably wouldn't have been able to hold it together like you did above...

    I did send him a pretty strong e-mail as my in ital reply and he offered to refund of replace so i decided to play it cool. I will start a new thread warning the others.
