With buying a new LCD TV I have come to realize that it would look best and less cluttered if I were to mount it on a wall. These new LCD's weight less than 45lbs.
The problem that comes up is that my old massive TV stand is over kill now and I don't need something strong enough to hold an baby elephant anymore. So I want to do away with the TV stand and get something more streamlined to hold the electronics.
I want something that will hide the gear.. blu ray player, HD DVD player, cable box, pre amp.. and maybe even the amps if the depth is deep enough.
Currently I am using a heavy 24 inch tall tv stand and separate audio rack.. they match, but are to industrial looking anymore, and are not closed.
suggestions are welcomed.

Top and sides is solid hardwood and finished nicely. Interior and rest of frame is mdf.
Surprisingly nice for the price (can't afford Salamander Synergy Triple 20).
