How to remove driver from LSI 9?

Today I attempted to remove a blown mid from my LSI 9's. Normally this would seem to be a simple task, but after removing all the screws, the driver simply won't budge. Can any one tell me if polk uses an adhesive to mount these drivers??? Or simply how to get them out. I even removed the tweeter and pressed quite hard on the back of the magnet but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's the bottom driver, you can remove the crossover and push from behind.
Some tips in this thread too: http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77046"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche -
Thanks for your help, I managed to get her out by using a little more elbow grease. thankfully I didnt break anything!
