Here is my craigslist add. They are in good shape, but I think the panels went out, but I am not sure. I am willing to work on the price. Lets make a deal.

you may want to try contacting martin logan. there service is top notch and i understand replacing the mylar ribbons (?) in these units is supposed to be easy. much easier to sell a working speaker, and these are quite nice when working, even at up to 20 years old (though yours may be much younger)...

also, someone in canada is selling used working replacement panels for $200 that should fit these speakers.

If these are just Mylar panels (like the Maggies use), and the wires went bad, then rebuilding those panels is very easy. I rebuilt my Maggies and had fun doing that.

thanks guys, good info, I will look into it, or it can be a selling point for whoever wants to buy these. I could really use the money and the room! Your right though, when they were working 100% they sounded amazing!

I would say those are two contradictory statements, but pretty decent price on the speakers if someone wants to fix it themselves.

FYI, These are NOT like Maggies. Maggies are Ribbon or Planar magnetic panels and ML's are electrostatic. They both certainly share some of the same sound characteristics but 2 different principles and execution.
